Features

  1. The institution, because of its quality education, has earned enviable position & reputation among the institutions of its status in the Region. It aims at imparting quality education to the children under clean & healthy environment, conducive to learning. It follows policies & guidelines given in the National Education Policy and directives issued by APSAC Secretariat, in letter & spirit. Due stress is laid on character building & personality development of the children. Islamiyat, Urdu and Pakistan Studies are an integral part of our curriculum. Efforts are made to groom the students of all classes, so that they become useful productive and effective members of the society. Morning Assembly opens with recitation from Holy Quran followed by its Urdu translation, explanation and a short speech on Islamic ethics and general knowledge by the students. It finishes with National Anthem.
  2. The Institution is affiliated with the Federal Board of intermediate & Secondary Education Islamabad & follows the curriculum / syllabi of SSC & HSSC exams, as prescribed by the Board. Its academic calendar is also in line with that of the Federal Schools & Colleges. Its medium of instruction is English & the institution caters only for Science students at Matriculation and Fsc Level. Computer Science Group is also added to Secondary School Classes. At Intermediate Level, Pre-Medical and Engineering Groups are offered.
  3. Text books prescribed in the institution for class I to VIII are the same as laid down for all Army Public Schools & Colleges by the APSAC Secretariat.

  6. Performance of students during the year is closely watched / monitored by the teachers through class work, homework, spot-tests & co-curricular activities.
  7. Physical training and games periods are organized under the supervision of trained staff.
  8. One period a week has been reserved for co- curricular activities such as quiz competitions, essay competitions, speeches and debates etc.
  9. Excursion trips and study tours are arranged on regular basis.
